Summer Salads

The warm hot summers call for something light crisp and refreshing, salads can get so boring so use what our seasons give us. Go out and see what calls to you. weather in a store or at a farmers market  there are fresh seasonal ingredients screaming out use me.  Salads have no rules so go out of the box......whoever said a salad has to be made with just veggies? Put some fruit on that salad and let your taste bids sing with joy.
